A project I connect with this tradition is for students to create a
prank that could be advertised on TV. They do it in small groups and you
can't imagine how creative they are! In order to gather ideas, I play
this short clip on the best pranks done by major companies (the whopper
toothpaste is the most hilarious!):
Another project is to do research on how this day is celebrated around the world (Poisson d'avril in France, Gowkie Day in Scotland, etc.).
